The Bot only collects data necessary for its functionality. We store: Discord IDs: Your user ID, server ID, channel IDs, and role IDs. Server Settings: Configuration data you set (e.g., welcome messages, log channels, autoroles). User Data: For features like levels, warnings, economy (Silver currency), and moderation actions. Message Content: Temporarily, only when a command is executed (e.g., clear command to delete messages). We do not log or store general message content. Usage Data: Command usage for operational performance and error tracking.
How We Use Your Data Your data is used strictly to provide Bot services: To execute commands (e.g., moderation, economy, utility). To store server-specific settings and user progress (levels, currency, warnings). To ensure features like autorole, greet, and leveling work correctly. To troubleshoot issues and improve the Bot's performance.
All data is stored securely in databases with restricted access. We implement industry-standard measures to prevent unauthorized access. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the Bot's functionality or as required by law. You may request deletion of your user data by contacting us (see Section 8).
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties
You have the right to: Request access to your stored data. Request correction or deletion of your data. Opt out of data collection by removing the Bot from your server.
